Inquiries do not reserve dates

Submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with Visions Entertainment does not reserve an event date or create a service agreement. A date is reserved only after Visions Entertainment confirms acceptance and the parties complete the required contract and payment process.

Specific services, pricing, payment terms, cancellation provisions, responsibilities, and other event terms are governed by the written agreement issued for that event. If these website terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The Visions Entertainment name, logo, site design, text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, and other original content are owned by Visions Entertainment or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission.
